Dear Potential 2017 Colorado State Trapshooter Sponsor,

Pikes Peak Gun Club is the host and official site of the 2017 Colorado State Trapshooting tournament. Pikes Peak Gun Club, located just eight miles east of Colorado Springs off Highway 94, is the premier gun club in Colorado. In addition to trapshooting we offer skeet, sporting clays, international trap, rifle, pistol and archery.

The State Shoot will be here before we know. It is time to begin making plans for sponsorship opportunities at the 2017 Colorado State Shoot. The tournament dates are June 14 – 18, 2017 and we’re expecting 300+ competitors along with their families and friends. In order to ensure our sponsors are taken care of we must finalize sponsorship plans no later than April 1, 2017 and we wish to extend to you this invitation to be integral part of this marquee event.

Added as part of all our sponsor packages, we’re offering “marketing plus” through shooter packets that each shooter will receive during registrations. We invite all our sponsors the opportunity to provide postcards, brochures, free gifts or other marketing items for the shooter’s packet. Our sponsors are also welcome to bring and place additional banners/signage around the facility in designated areas.

If you wish to be an event sponsor, please provide us your signed commitment and artwork prior to April 1, 2017. You may return the enclosed contract via fax

(719) 683-5990 or email to iwla@elpasotel.net. We will contact you for artwork or feel free to email your logo.

Our goal is not only for the participants to have an enjoyable week of competition in the beautiful Rocky Mountain sunshine; but also for sponsors to receive proper recognition. Please feel welcome to attend the 2017 Colorado State Shoot to vend, compete or to meet some of the greatest shooters in the country.

Although this package defines standard sponsorship opportunities, we welcome ideas from potential sponsors that will benefit the sponsor and competitors. Feel free to contact us with your ideas.

Sincerely,

Leo Chaffin
Manager
